Stained stand, and sand

I used teak oil on the birch plywood. It brought out the grain nicely, and I think it looks fantastic. I just need to finish the cabinet doors, and the stand will be pretty much ready to go.

I bought salt and sand for the tank on Friday. I am just waiting for one more shipment of supplies (water testing kits, heaters, etc.), and I should be about ready to order the rock for the tank.

I didn't check the blog, because I never got anything in my e-mail.

I thought I had the settings so that the moderator had to approve any posts.

Interesting. . .

Adding a comment to your own blog doesn't count as updating it! :)

We have some other stuff going on right now, so this is on hold for a little while--hence, no recent updates.
